Ryan is the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations for Power Insights. He leads the firm’s finance, operations, and compliance functions. Before joining Power Insights, Ryan worked in the industrials practice of PwC’s Deals Strategy group, focusing on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and acquisition screening. Prior to PwC, Ryan clerked for Norton Rose Fulbright in its corporate, M&A, and securities practice. Ryan began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Helicopter Ordnance Technician for the Bell AH-1 rotary platforms.
Ryan received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Law School and Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
