Matt is a Senior Consultant at Power Insights. He focuses on commercial due diligence and strategy support for investors and companies in the energy transition and critical infrastructure spaces.
Prior to joining Power Insights, Matt most recently spent three years at Constellation Energy in a corporate development role, managing mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic projects. He previously was a manager at PwC Strategy& in the Deals Strategy practice, focused primarily on commercial due diligence and growth strategy in the industrial and energy markets, after starting his career at Houlihan Lokey in M&A consulting/advisory.
Matt is originally from Michigan and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
