Matt is a Senior Consultant at Power Insights. He is responsible for providing commercial due diligence and strategy support across energy transition and critical infrastructure topics for private equity investors and portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Power Insights, Matt served as a Senior Associate in PwC’s Deals Strategy group, where he advised industrials’ clients on investment strategy, commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and portfolio strategy. He previously worked for New Harbor Capital, a lower middle-market private equity fund, and began his career at NERA Economic Consulting, where he drafted economic reports and expert testimony for complex litigation matters.
Matt holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where he majored in Marketing and Finance, and a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a member of the varsity football team and varsity baseball team. He is also a CFA charterholder.
