Jean Reaves Rollins is a Senior Advisor to the Power Insights team, and oversees the Utility Capex Forecast.
Prior to joining Power Insights, she was the founder and President of the C Three Group. Founded in 1998 to provide senior management advisory and research services to the energy utility industry, under her leadership the C Three Group became the leading supplier of energy infrastructure market intelligence and analysis in North America and provided strategic insights to engineering firms, contractors, equipment manufacturers, regulators, investors, and power market traders.
Prior to founding C Three, Ms. Rollins was a partner of The Coba Group, a London based strategic management consultancy. During her 12 years at Coba, Ms. Rollins developed Coba’s worldwide energy and utility practices that were based in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Rollins’ areas of specialization are merger and acquisition support and due diligence, and market forecasting coupled with a deep understanding of the energy infrastructure industry. She has worked at senior management and board levels at numerous US and international companies including ScottishPower, MidAmerican Energy, Edison International, Hydro-Québec, Ontario Power, Hydro One, Court Square Capital Partners, First Reserve Corp., Sabre Industries, Plexus Capital, General Cable, and Riverside Partners, among others.
Ms. Rollins received her undergraduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her MBA from Stanford University.
