Dan is a Partner at Power Insights, where he leads growth strategy, market analysis, and commercial diligence across the electrical infrastructure, power generation, and data center sectors.
With two decades of experience, Dan has supported leadership teams from privately held businesses to global OEMs in advancing their growth and M&A goals. He has advised on over 300 transactions, representing more than $100B in deal value.
Previously a Partner at PwC, Dan relocated from London to New York in 2015 to help launch and scale PwC’s U.S. Deals Strategy practice, which grew to over 200 professionals. There, he specialized in growth strategy and commercial diligence in the Industrials sector, with a focus on the power infrastructure, construction, and built environment subsectors.
Dan is a qualified CPA and began his career in financial diligence and valuation. He holds a Business degree from Aston University in the UK.
