Ally is a Data Governance Analyst at Power Insights, where she focuses on project support and knowledge management.
Prior to joining Power Insights, Ally developed a data-driven framework to select utility project proposals for the US Department of Energy’s Grid Resilience Formula Funding program in Montana, facilitating funding for substation rebuilds, advanced metering implementation, and line undergrounding across the state. She also conducted a data governance initiative for NASA’s airborne atmospheric science campaigns to enhance naming convention interoperability.
Ally holds a dual degree in Mathematics and Earth & Oceanographic Sciences from Bowdoin College.
