Arnab is an Associate Director at Power Insights, where he leads growth strategy and commercial due diligences across T&D infrastructure and power generation sectors. He focuses on renewables generation and storage, grid equipment, and specialized utility contractors supporting the energy transition.
With over 10 years of experience, Arnab has supported leadership teams at Fortune 500 companies and leading private equity portfolio businesses in advancing growth and M&A goals, including complex post-merger integration and value creation programs. He has worked on 70+ transactions representing $20B+ of closed deal value.
Prior to Power Insights, Arnab was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where he led commercial diligence and growth strategy engagements focused on renewables, specialized electrical contractors and circular supply chains across the US, India and Southeast Asia. Prior to Bain, he was co-founder of Prosper, an urban vertical farming social enterprise aimed at improving fresh food access in inner cities.
Arnab holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, India.
